Idag totade jag ihop en god röra :) Lättyoghurt, kvarg och keso blandat med kaseinpulver(proteinpulver), till det varma mixade bär och ett päron+en liten bit banan som jag micrade med lite kanel...på toppen landade lite granatäppelkärnor =) antioxidanter så det bara skiner om det ;) gott och mättande dessutom!

Jag var faktiskt så duktig att jag kallkerade av en bild på datorskärmen och sedan så ritade jag den på ett hårt papper och klippte ut det och skar runt den. blev bra..... dock måste jag ha glasyr på eftersom vissa inte ser att det är MARIO ;-P
