Istället för vanligt vetemjöl i bulldegen så tog jag bara 1 dl vetemjöl och resten fick bli en blandning av havremjöl/sojamjöl/vetekli/rågsikt..och tänk..det blev kanonbra! Bytte även ut hälften av matfettet mot kesella, men det gör nog de flesta nuförtiden ;) och sedan lättgrädde smaksatt med vaniljpulver på toppen.
Rågsemlor med lättgrädde skulle man kanske kunna döpa dem till men hur gott låter det?=)
